You bring with you

• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Passion and motivation for network technologies.
• Technical training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent training, or a degree in computer science.

• Several years of professional experience.

You bring with you

• You speak fluent German and English.
• You have a good understanding of the growing IT environment.
• You possess passion and motivation for the IT and sales sectors.
• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an IT system merchant or a comparable apprenticeship, or you have completed a degree in business administration.
• Basic knowledge of data centres and networks.
• You are motivated, performance-driven, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
• You are professionally skilled and have at least 3 years of work experience.

We are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Ratingen.

Your tasks

You are responsible for resolving disruptions within set deadlines, and you support our customers in their day-to-day activities and within U2Care.
You are a primary point of contact for all our customers' queries and have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

You will work through open cases in our ticketing system, support colleagues with the implementation of IT projects, and you are also welcome to participate in our further training measures if you wish.
