The USER 2000 AG looks back on a long and successful history in the IT industry. The company was founded in 1990. Since then, we have continually developed and are now one of the leading IT service providers in Germany. Through our conversion to a public limited company in 2002, we have further consolidated and expanded our business activities.
A significant milestone was the introduction in 2005 of Managed Services and extended IT security solutions. This addition has enabled us to offer our clients not only classic IT services but also comprehensive, proactive support and security solutions to optimally protect and support their IT infrastructure.
In 2011, we relocated our company headquarters to Ratingen (near Düsseldorf) to be even more centrally accessible to our customers throughout North Rhine-Westphalia. From here, we offer flexible, future-proof IT solutions and bespoke services that support businesses of all sizes, nationwide.
Our guiding principle has always been, IT for Business To live – that means offering our customers real added value through innovative technologies and individual consulting. Under the leadership of Stephan Horn, who took over from his father Udo Horn in 2022, we are continuing this vision and breaking new ground to optimally meet our customers' IT needs.
In 2022, Stephan Horn the role of CEO, Son of the co-founder Udo Horn and Chief Financial Officer, the management of USER 2000 AG. With his takeover, Stephan Horn continues the company's long-standing tradition, but combines it with fresh ideas and a future-oriented vision. His sound technical knowledge and sales experience enable him to significantly shape the company's strategic direction.

He also talks about the future development of the company and the importance of flexibility and innovation in dealing with modern technologies and working methods.
The board is completed by Florian Hülswitt in the role of CTOs. He is particularly responsible for the strategic alignment of the technical aspects and identifies and assesses the current and future portfolio of USER 2000 AG.
